I hereby certify that I am not actively engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and am in sympathy with the objectives of the Board, and agree, if elected to membership, to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Constitution, Bylaws and Policy and Procedures of the Garrett County Board of REALTORS®, Maryland Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
I hereby certify that the foregoing information furnished by me is true and correct, and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, shall be grounds for revocation of my membership if granted. I further agree that, if accepted for membership in the Board, I shall pay the fees and dues as from time to time established.
If the status of any licenses or credentials, including but not limited to MHIC and MHBR numbers, provided changes, I will notify the Garrett County Board of REALTORS of said changes.
